Shipping & Delivery

We offer multiple shipping options, including:

  • FREE shipping on orders over $200.00 (Grand Total)
  • USPS Priority
  • FedEx 2 Day (2 business days)
  • FedEx Overnight
  • FedEx Overnight — Signature Required
  • FedEx Saturday Delivery (see Friday cutoff below)

Orders placed, paid, and processed before 12:00 PM PST typically ship out the same business day. Orders placed, paid, and processed after 12:00 PM PST, as well as orders placed on weekends and holidays, ship out the following business day.

FedEx Saturday Delivery is available for orders placed on Fridays before noon PST that require next-day delivery.

Ordering

You can place an order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our secure website.

After your order is submitted, approved, and payment is received, your order is filled, properly packaged, and shipped via a reputable delivery service (such as USPS). We’ll contact you with details once your order has shipped.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept all major credit cards.

Yes. We offer both individual pricing and wholesale bulk pricing. Please see our product pages for quantity discounts. For large bulk discounts, please contact us by email.

Viewing Order Status

No. During checkout, you can register or check out as a guest. Registration is encouraged, but it’s completely optional.

Registration doesn’t take extra time and allows you to check order status, update account information, and access past orders by logging in. It can also speed up checkout for future orders.

Returns & Replacements

Due to regulations regarding the sale of our products, returns are prohibited.

If the order is shipped incorrectly or the items received are not the items ordered, please contact us by email. We will issue a replacement of your original order.
